We began looking for a home in Tucson long before we were in a position to make an offer, but Stephanie graciously took us around to look at houses and tweaked our criteria for their on-line search for over a year until we finally we were able to make an offer. And when that time came, she jumped on it for us -- up at 5 a.m to write up an offer -- and thank goodness she did! Another 3 offers came in right behind ours, but because we got there first, and because she had an excellent working relationship with the selling agent, our offer was accepted and we got one of the best deals in town! Even after we moved in, Stephanie has continued to stay in touch and helped make sure we were settling in to our new home. We've worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years but Stephanie was hands-down the very best!

She did a great job of pre-research of what we were looking for and then rode us through Green Valley. Because she knew what we were looking for, we found the right house the first day we began the search. Her assistance did not stop with finding the right house, but through the process of inspection of the home, working with the Mortgage company, coordinating with the sellers agent all the way through to the closing. Because of the way she took care of us, we have no problem recommending Stephanie in the highest way we can. We moved in July 29th of this year and have been/are totally happy with the home.

She worked so hard, kept us informed every step of the way what was going on. I am a recent widow and she worked diligently with my son and I to make sure that we were both fully away of the progress on the sale of our home. Without a sign in the front of the house, we had a contract on it within 1 week of my signing with her. I would give her a 5-Star PLUS rating. God bless her.
